Dan Timm came to us looking for a realtor brand with a more personal spin. Dan Timm is an associate realtor who serves the North Shore and Central Lake County areas of Illinois. His group is consistently in the top 1% of company-wide sales volume at Baird & Warner. His name is widely known and is often the reason people come to Baird & Warner for their real estate needs.

Solution:

Our team worked closely with Dan to create a brand that focused on his highly recognized name and experience and would complement the Baird & Warner branding. We developed a tagline to support his brand promise: “Your Home. Our Priority.”

Results:

We delivered a new brand that brought Dan’s name to the forefront and was quickly approved by Baird & Warner. To help maintain and build brand equity, we developed a standards guide to be shared with his team and all vendors. Deliverables included logo, tagline, signage, listing footers, brand standards, and corporate identity.
